The Incident Management Showcase

While working in the BPMN specification committee, we introduced an example process as addition to the specification, since we believe that you can understand something only with good examples. This process made it into the official example document. It uses our approach of modeling on different layers as we described here.

The whole Incident Management Showcase is available for download and can be easily installed into the Activiti 5.1 release, which you have to download and to install first. If you have a newer version of activiti, you have to adjust the version in the showcase first.
